Q: What is the warranty? A: All RM products are warrantied for 1- year for parts and labor by North Star Audio. Exclusions include abuses and external forces including use with faulty equipment as determined by us. Shipping charges are not included in this warranty. Call for details.
Q: How do I know which pedal is right for me? A: Visit Musician’s Friend web site and listen to them there. Also visit Hamony Central’s web site and read the reviews found there. www.guitargeek.com also has several reviews of the Roger Mayer pedals that are both excellent and in-depth.
Q: What does “satisfaction guaranteed” mean? A: Exactly that. I want you to be happy. You can order and try our pedals for 48 hours (after receipt) and return them if you are not satisfied. You bear all shipping charges and deductions will be made for any wear and tear (please don’t take them to a gig!) as evaluated by us.
Q: What is the time difference in Hawaii? A: 5 to 6 hours behind the East Coast, 2 hours behind the West Coast. If you call and receive my voice mail, I am either on the phone, away on an errand or surfing…wooo hoo!

Roger Mayer products are sold thru a network of select guitar shops and music stores. If you do not have a local guitar or music store, please call, e-mail or FAX North Star Audio for assistance. North Star Audio will custom install your Roger Mayer 9090A wah upgrade kit and offers a number premium options (full bypassing, optional pots, external
powering, etc).
Your Warranty
All Roger Mayer products are warranted by North Star Audio to the original owner for one year from the date of sale. Proof of ownership and warranty acceptability may require a copy of your original sales receipt. Damage or faults resulting from misuse, abuse or unauthorized modifications/repairs are not covered under the warranty. Warranty coverage acceptance is the sole discretion of North Star Audio. The cost of shipping and insurance for any/all service is the responsibility of the owner/user. Do not send any product to us without previous contact and authorization.
